SHIPPING
Bernice Sara delivers around the globe. We use Australia Post as our Australia-wide and International courier
to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery as possible.
We now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia.
And have lowered the cost on International Shipping to a flat rate of $20 AUD
All orders will be sent with Registered Post. Delivery within Australia to metropolitan areas usually arrive within
(3-7) Days of dispatch. The delivery time for International orders is generally between 3-10 business days.
We do not ship to international PO Boxes.
We will always endeavour to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you be email as soon as possible of the choice for the next delivery date
or an immediate refund.

Composition: 80% Nylon 20% Lycra®
We use the best quality Italian Lycras with maximum durability, shape retention and unrivalled chlorine resistance, up to 4.5 times that of ordinary elastane fabrics. The dyes used achieve the highest colour fastness values.
UPF 50+ Sun Protection offers excellent sun protection in swimwear designed for the Australian outdoors from Solar Ultraviolet radiation, The Sun, Sunburn, Skin Damage and ultimately Skin Cancer.

The mannequins height is179cm / 5’11” and is wearing a size small.
RETURNS
Before your purchases are shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packages to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address this with our shipping company.
If goods arrive faulty or damaged, you have every right to return them for a full refund. We only offer refunds on faulty or damaged items, so please choose carefully.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the following returns procedure.
- You will receive a response to your email accepting or declining your concern, with an explanation.
You will be issued a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ and a Returns Form.
- Please email the completed form back to us and be sure to include a printed copy with your returned items in the delivery, using pre-paid and traceable methods to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- If returning items from outside Australia, you must mark on the parcel ‘RETURN OF GOODS’.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct.
The original shipping charges are not refundable if you are exchanging for an alternative item and return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will not charge you additional shipping and handling charges for exchanging sizes.
All items must be in original condition with swing tags still attached. For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing underwear. If returned, the protective hygiene strip and swing tags must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.
Any items which are considered to be “used” will be returned back to you and cannot be considered for a replacement or refund.
